Job summary

Select Water Solutions’ Dispatcher is responsible for assigning drivers to trucks and providing accurate directions to well site locations or facilities. Dispatchers communicate with drivers via phone, GPS, or two way radios, requiring knowledge of local highways and regions of operation.

Many dispatchers work unusual schedules due to 24-hour operations, with potential weekends, nights, and holidays. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 6+ months in Oil & Gas trucking, and strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months experience in Oil and Gas trucking preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to read safety/procedure manuals.
• CDL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage dispatch for 15-truck operation with multiple stops.
• Monitor dispatch entries and ensure accuracy.
• Provide information requests and coordinate with customers and management.
• Support other duties as assigned.
