We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to manage our oil and gas logistics, overseeing the transport of pipe-hauling vehicles between customer sites, storage yards, and well locations. This position plays a vital part in ensuring our fleet operates on time while maintaining high safety standards.

Primary Duties

• Organize and direct the movement of pipe-hauling personnel.
• Plan daily transport assignments, routes, and arrival windows.
• Facilitate effective information flow between field supervisors, drivers, and clients.
• Monitor vehicle positioning, duty hours, and overall task completion to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain adherence to all DOT, safety, and energy sector protocols to help keep the entire team compliant.
• Resolve unexpected schedule adjustments, equipment failures, and site-related interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Document and organize all dispatch records, delivery tickets, and shipping paperwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a dispatching role, ideally within trucking or the energy industry.
• Understanding of flatbed transport, pipe hauling, and oilfield supply chain logistics.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, rapid-response setting.
• Competency in using GPS tracking, dispatching platforms, and standard office software.
