Job summary

Select Water Solutions is hiring a Dispatcher to assign drivers to trucks and provide accurate directions to well sites. You will communicate with drivers via phone, GPS, and two-way radios, and coordinate with customers and management in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and preferred experience in Oil & Gas trucking and prior dispatch. Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• More than 6 months in Oil & Gas trucking preferred.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast paced and loud environment.
• Ability to multi-task and record information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers to trucks and provide directions to well sites.
• Communicate with drivers via phone, GPS, or two-way radios.
• Monitor dispatch entries and job accuracy.
• Provide emergency and non-emergency dispatch support.
• Coordinate with customers and management on issues.
