Job summary

SERVPRO Worcester is seeking a Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief to coordinate production activities and supervise restoration technicians on service projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer experiences, maintaining detailed job files, and adhering to OSHA guidelines.

A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of restoration/construction experience are required or preferred, with IICRC certification a plus.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
IICRC certification a plus, not required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
