Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes while ensuring quality control.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on projects.
• Communicate with project manager and office staff on progress.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Ability to climb ladders

Experience with cleaning agents

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
