Job summary

ServiceMaster by Twins seeks a Water and/or Fire Restoration Technician to monitor, inspect, and complete restoration tasks including drying, demolition, pack-out of contents, and fire restoration activities. You will review and prepare documentation to support insurance reimbursements and explain next steps to customers in person.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a team on onsite restoration jobs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry is preferred, but not required.
• Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications are preferred, but not required: FSRT, OCT, WTR, ASD.

Responsibilities

• Load equipment and supplies for each job and arrive at the site.
• Explain restoration processes to customers in person and outline next steps.
• Complete assigned tasks with quality control and urgency.
• Perform fire/water restoration tasks including drying, packing-out contents and light demolition.
• Document job progress with notes and photos for insurance reimbursement.
