Job summary

ServiceMaster All Care Restoration 6840 seeks a field technician to provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services per work orders from the Lead Technician. You will perform water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation tasks, handle equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers, and assist with cleaning and light construction as required.

The role requires a high school diploma, teamwork, punctuality, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor.
• Sets up and monitors air movers and/or dehumidifiers.
• May perform other cleaning duties during mitigation/restoration jobs.
• Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor.
• Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor.
• Completes assigned tasks with quality control per company processes.
