Job summary

FreshPure Waters is hiring a Service Coordinator to oversee service and troubleshooting for commercial water filtration equipment in grocery stores across the United States and Canada. You will coordinate with a nationwide network of contractors and store personnel to ensure fast, effective service and maintain clear communication with customers.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good computer skills; comfortable learning new software.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred; basic plumbing knowledge helpful.
• Ability to guide technicians and customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests with a nationwide network of contractors.
• Troubleshoot water filtration equipment over the phone with customers and technicians.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls.
• Monitor open work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate service status and updates to customers.
• Document service activities in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
