Job summary

National Water Services, LLC. is seeking a diligent Service Technician to join our team in Washington. You will perform preventative and emergency maintenance on water dispensing cabinets, requiring strong plumbing, electrical and mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. You will operate as an independent contractor, with on-call availability and paperwork completion for billing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment required.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Smartphone and email communication proficiency essential.
• Able to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Excellent English communication required.
• Own transportation and tools for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service for a satisfying client experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance: filter replacements, UV lamps, battery changes, upgrades.
• Read gauges and meters, troubleshoot, report leaks, use multi-meters and tests.
• Address repairs: leaks, fittings, valves, tubing, wiring and components.
• Be available for occasional emergency calls; on-site within 24–48 hours.
• Complete paperwork for payment processing.
