• Physical ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs or ladders.

• Provide transportation and own tools for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and store management through effective communication and service delivery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service for a satisfying client experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as filter replacements, UV lamp installations, battery changes, and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and report readings from pressure gauges and flow meters; detect leaks with multi-meters and water tests.
• Address repair needs including leaks, fittings, valves, tubing, wires, and components.
• Be available for occasional emergency calls with on-site response within 24–48 hours for urgent situations.
• Complete and submit all paperwork for payment processing.
