Aqualogic is recruiting a Project Manager based in the North East to oversee water efficiency projects. You will lead a delivery team of supervisors and plumbers, coordinate with planning and data analysts, and report on KPI performance to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering water efficiency or related projects.
• Proven ability to lead delivery teams and manage budgets.

• Familiarity with data reporting and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water efficiency and plumbing projects, ensuring time, budget, and quality.
• Act as main stakeholder contact, providing regular KPI and productivity updates.
• Recruit, train, and support delivery teams while monitoring performance and wellbeing.
• Coordinate planning with Customer Planning and Data Analysts for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data insights using Power BI.
• Drive process improvements and technology rollouts across projects.
