Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. in Bolivar, MO is seeking an Operator I–III to support daily operations of water distribution systems. The role involves meter reads, installations, and site inspections across wells and pump stations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, MO water treatment/waste water certifications, and a MO CDL or valid driver's license. Training and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications MO D Water Treatment or DS Distribution required and kept current.
• MO Driver's License Class E or CDL; tanker endorsement preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule changes and optimize driving routes.
• Complete work orders and log data on devices in real time.
• Read meters, install meters, and inspect wells, reservoirs and pump stations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water distribution equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to team and contractors as needed.
