Job summary

LU Service Corp. in Bolivar, MO is seeking an Operator I-III for water production and distribution.

You will perform daily checks of wells, pumps, lift stations and reservoirs, respond to breaks and emergencies, and assist customers with water quality concerns. The role requires adherence to safety policies, ability to read reports/maps, and capable maintenance work; higher operator certifications and a Missouri driver’s license are required or obtainable within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, water treatment and/or water distribution preferred.
• Ability to read reports, maps and drawings.
• Ability to perform general math calculations and water-related computations.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of wells, reservoirs and booster stations.
• Respond to leaks, service breaks, and emergencies; assist repairs.
• Maintain accurate daily operation records and logs.
• Coordinate with contractors and perform routine maintenance.
