Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead municipal water/wastewater and stormwater projects in Florida. The role focuses on design delivery, client relationships, and leadership of a technical team across pump stations and treatment facilities.

The candidate will manage technical delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to marketing and pursuit efforts while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Lead designer and/or design manager of water, wastewater and stormwater infra including treatment plants, pump stations, and hydraulic structures.
• Apply engineering judgment to develop solutions for complex water infrastructure challenges.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams from schematic design to construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow the team’s capabilities in South Florida.
• Perform QA/QC reviews as part of Arcadis’ quality culture.
