Arcadis, a leading global design and engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager in Florida. You will lead and manage municipal water/wastewater and stormwater projects, including treatment plants and pump stations, across the state.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a Civil/Environmental/Mechanical engineering background, and a Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Significant client interaction and project leadership are essential.

Competenze

• 10 years of pump station design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Lead design/management of water, wastewater and stormwater infra including treatment plants and pump stations.
• Develop solutions to complex water infrastructure challenges.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Mentor junior engineers in South Florida.
• Participate in Arcadis’ quality culture through QA/QC reviews.
• Establish client relationships and support pump station marketing and pursuit.
• Scoping and budgeting tasks for water infrastructure projects.
