Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills and ability to work with clients.
• Experience with mobile data entry software.
• Ability to read and follow product label instructions.
• Punctual and reliable; meet deadlines.
• Certifications preferred: WRT and ASD.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders and ensures necessary equipment is loaded for the job.
• Explain processes to customers and outline next steps in person.
• Complete jobs per company procedures with quality control.
• Perform water damage repair including extraction and light demolition.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly handled; report malfunctions.
• Inspect completed jobs, obtain customer signatures and, if needed, request payments.
• Monitor drying plans daily based on meter readings.
• Communicate issues and daily activities with supervisor and staff.
• Prepare documentation and photos per policy for insurance reimbursement.
