Job summary

ServiceMaster by Complete is seeking a on-site Water Restoration Technician to monitor and complete drying, demolition and related restoration tasks. You will prepare notes, photos and documents for insurance reimbursement and explain processes to customers in person.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, performing water extraction, ensuring safety, and coordinating with supervisors. Training available for required certifications and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous restoration or construction experience helpful but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to read and follow product labels and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with equipment and supplies; arrive on site on time.
• Explain restoration steps and next steps to customers using printed guides.
• Complete jobs per process while maintaining quality control.
• Perform water extraction, contents packing, and debris removal as directed.
• Report equipment issues and maintain supplies, vehicles, and products.
• Obtain customer signatures and coordinate payments when applicable.
• Monitor drying progress and adjust plans based on readings.
• Document job details and photos for insurance reimbursement.
