Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and ensure equipment and supplies are loaded for each job.
• Explain processes and next steps to customers using printed materials.
• Complete jobs according to company processes while maintaining quality control.
• Perform water damage restoration including extraction and debris removal.
• Document jobs with notes and photos for insurance reimbursement.
• Inspect completed jobs and obtain customer signatures; request payments when needed.
• Monitor and adjust the drying plan based on meter readings.
