Pine Ridge Restoration is hiring a Water Damage Mitigation Technician to join our ERS team. This fast-paced, hands-on role helps homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and storm damage. If you’re reliable, motivated, and seeking a career with real advancement, this could be the perfect fit!

We offer training and development, with opportunities to advance from Technician to Lead Tech to Project Manager within a family-owned, respected firm dedicated to quality recovery work.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related trades is a major plus.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) are a huge plus.
• No experience required—training will be provided to motivated candidates.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water/fire damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, demo, clean up, and structural drying.
• Set and monitor drying equipment.
• Take moisture readings and document job conditions (notes & photos).
• Communicate with homeowners, supervisors, & property managers.
• Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and worksites.
