Job summary

Rytech of Denver is seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our growing team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll supervise field technicians on water damage mitigation, drying, and restoration job sites, and develop effective mitigation plans using industry‑standard equipment.

You will also communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters, ensure quality control, and mentor junior technicians while handling after‑hours emergencies and on‑call duties to deliver fast, professional

Qualifications

• 2+ years in water damage restoration or related field.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in field technician roles.
• Strong knowledge of drying equipment and moisture mapping.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment
• Conduct job site assessments and develop effective mitigation plans

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of drying equipment, dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in various conditions
• Availability for on-call and emergency response scheduling
