Job summary

Coast to Coast Restoration Inc. seeks a Mitigation Project Coordinator to manage restoration projects from inception to completion.

You will assess needs, sell services, manage resources, and lead teams to deliver on time and within budget, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include on-site coordination with homeowners, scheduling testing and abatement, and maintaining daily project records.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
• Strong project management, communication, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to use project management and tracking software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, estimate, and sell: assess project needs, document findings, prepare scope and cost estimates, follow up on estimates, and execute signings requiring substantial field time.
• On-site duties: serve as primary contact with homeowners, coordinate testing/abatement/pack-out, oversee equipment and daily operations, and ensure quality and profitability.
• On-call: be available for emergency calls 1–2 weeks per month.
• General responsibilities: maintain a positive work environment, ensure vehicle upkeep, report issues to Mitigation Manager, track costs and invoicing, supervise lead technicians and subcontractors, and enforce safety standards.
