Job summary

ewi Recruitment seeks an experienced Water Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water damage restoration projects from initial assessment to completion. You will coordinate emergency response, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure work is performed safely and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include site assessments, defining scope, preparing estimates and plans for drying, cleaning and restoration; supervising technicians and subcontractors; arranging equipment; tracking progress; and

Qualifications

• Experience leading water mitigation or restoration projects.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and financial management skills.
• Certifications in the restoration industry are advantageous.
• Valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend or coordinate site assessments and determine scope of work.
• Prepare estimates and project documentation for drying, cleaning, demolition and restoration.
• Develop clear plans for drying, cleaning, demolition and restoration activities.
• Assign and supervise technicians and subcontractors; arrange equipment and materials.
• Track progress and maintain accurate records and client updates; liaise with owners, insurers and other stakeholders.
