Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Experience of six months to one year in related field or training.
• Must be able to read and interpret workplace documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Mitigation & Emergency Services jobs with issues.
• Hire and train Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians.
• Supervise Technicians in mitigation and emergency services.
• Coordinate responses to new jobs and scope projects for estimating.
• Estimate work using Xactimate, Symbility, or similar tools.
• Manage projects, budgeting, and invoicing; collect on invoiced work.
• Monitor subcontractor work and approve/deny invoices; develop new subs as needed.
• Conduct sales and marketing efforts to generate new leads.
