Job summary

Regent Restoration in Lewisville, TX is seeking a reliable Water Damage Mitigation Lead to guide our mitigation crew during water damage emergencies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in water mitigation, and a commitment to safety and high-quality service on every job.

This role typically requires 40+ hours per week with overtime based on workload and emergencies. You will oversee crews, coordinate equipment use, document work, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration or mitigation.
• IICRC WRT certification required or must be obtained within 90 days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise water damage mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and direct crew members on-site.
• Ensure proper use of drying equipment, tools, and safety gear.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition when necessary.
• Document work using job management software and proper paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.
• Monitor moisture levels and progress throughout the job.
• Train and mentor technicians to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
