PureDry Restoration in Arlington, WA is seeking a Lead Water Damage Technician to supervise a field crew while performing hands-on restoration tasks and overseeing daily operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on each project.

This role requires strong communication, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Experience in water mitigation or related trades is preferred; IICRC certification is a plus. Join a fast-growing team delivering results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related field strongly preferred.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside technicians to complete projects on time.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain safety and professionalism.
• Perform demolition with hand and power tools.
• Document drying progress with moisture meters.
• Coordinate with In-Home Sales Specialist on additional services.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites.
• Complete compliance tasks in DASH daily.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
