ServiceMaster Restore in Salem, Oregon is seeking an experienced Water Damage Crew Chief to lead our restoration team on residential and commercial jobs. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of water extraction and structural drying, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and supervisors.

Qualificações

• Professional experience in water extraction and structural drying.
• Experience using moisture meters and drying equipment.
• IICRC WRT certification strongly preferred; ASD/AMRT encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technicians on residential and commercial water losses.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Inspect affected areas and identify moisture migration.
• Use moisture meters and other inspection equipment.
• Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices.
• Perform controlled demolition and containment.
• Protect customer property and maintain clean, safe jobsites.
• Direct daily crew activities and maintain production standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Complete accurate photos, moisture readings, and daily documentation.
• Use Restore 365, Mitigate, DocuSketch, and other company technology.
• Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Train and develop newer technicians.
• Communicate job conditions and changes to the Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Participate in emergency/on-call response as scheduled.

ServiceMaster Restore is looking for an experienced Water Damage Crew Chief to join our restoration team.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with professional water mitigation experience who understands structural drying, can lead technicians, communicate with customers, and take ownership of a jobsite.

Experience & Certifications

We're looking for professional experience with:

Water Extraction, Structural Drying, Moisture Mapping, Drying Equipment, Demolition, Containment, Documentation

IICRC WRT certification is strongly preferred.

Candidates with additional certifications such as ASD and AMRT are especially encouraged to apply.

Commercial water-loss experience is a plus.
