Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Water Conveyance Project Manager in the Silver Spring, MD area. You will lead a team of engineers through design, interact directly with clients, and mentor junior staff to deliver complex water conveyance solutions.

Applicants should have a PE license (or ability to obtain), a minimum of 7 years in civil engineering, and experience managing scope, budget, and schedule across projects. A Master’s and EPC/Design-Build experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and technical quality across complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through design processes for water conveyance projects.
• Interact with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and grow the local water practice.
