Job summary

North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) seeks a Water Conveyance Program Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of the water conveyance system and optimize performance. This role advances NTMWD's Linear Asset Management Program (LAMP) and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve reliability and efficiency.

The position involves planning and coordinating shutdowns, participating in engineering reviews, and serving as project manager for assigned

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited college.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Familiarity with scheduling, modeling software, GIS and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Linear Asset Management Program (LAMP) activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan changes to conveyance operations and shutdowns as needed.
• Manage projects and budgets within the Water Division.
• Evaluate technologies and equipment for use in water projects.
