Job summary

North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is seeking a Wastewater Operations Supervisor I to monitor and supervise the operation and maintenance of wastewater facilities. You will train and lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and asset projects to deliver reliable conveyance of wastewater.

The role requires five years of wastewater conveyance experience, Texas licensure, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree or trade certification preferred.
• TX Class III Wastewater Collection license or Class B Wastewater Treatment license is required or preferred.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of wastewater conveyance and pumping operations.
• Train, develop, mentor, and evaluate staff while promoting safety and teamwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reliable conveyance of wastewater meeting standards.
