Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' work experience in product management, advanced technical support, engineering, or sales leadership.
• Knowledge of onsite wastewater industry and motor control/monitoring systems.
• Ability to learn new products quickly and work in regulated environments.
• Experience in a market-driven product environment and with customers in a technical setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market research to capture voice of the customer and identify growth areas.
• Communicate market needs to internal engineering/R&D to develop differentiated offerings.
• Review cost positions and target costs with manufacturing.
• Provide product training to sales and stakeholders and develop product plans including markets and value proposition.
• Support field sales with demonstrations, training, and technical issue resolution.
