Job summary

HDR is seeking a PA/OH/WV/DE Water Construction Management Lead to coordinate, monitor and improve field services staff with a focus on meeting client needs and market drivers. You will supervise staff, drive business development, and lead client relations across the PA, OH, WV and DE area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 10 years of industry experience, with strong leadership, writing and presentation skills, and a track record in strategic

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
• Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
• Experience in overall staff development including recruiting, career path and professional growth.
• Experience with industry associations and maintains a visible profile in the market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff development and supervise area staff.
• Develop and pursue new clients and projects.
• Lead HDR’s marketing strategies and client relationship activities in the PA/OH/WV/DE area.
• Support area leadership with staffing and hiring decisions and technical project management hires.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control reviews across projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and subcontract packages.
