Job summary

HDR is seeking a highly experienced NY/NJ Water Construction Management Lead to coordinate, monitor and elevate CM staff competencies, ensuring client needs and market drivers are met. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, pursue new clients, and oversee project delivery across the NY/NJ area.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record of managing complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required depending on role.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and improve CM staff competencies to meet client needs.
• Develop and pursue new clients and projects in NY/NJ water market.
• Lead projects in marketing, strategy, staff development, operations, and delivery.
• Ensure QA/QC reviews and manage budgets and schedules.
• Serve as client manager for key accounts and represent HDR externally.
