Job summary

Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) seeks education partners to co-develop curriculum exposure, career exploration, dual-enrollment or bridge experiences tied to water careers. This remote-first arrangement supports grant or sponsored-project work with travel as needed for partner and field sites.

Represent a school district, community college, university, or education nonprofit with water-career programming capacity and help co-design modules, labs, and career events while identifying delivery

Qualifications

Experience delivering STEM or CTE career education.
Water or environmental education experience preferred.
Ability to discuss institutional partnership pathways.
Willingness to engage on a time-bounded collaborator basis.
Authorization to work with a U.S. research organization.
Remote-first with travel as required.

Responsibilities

Represent a K-12 local education agency, community college, university, or education nonprofit with water-career programming capacity.
Co-design education activities such as modules, camps, career days, dual credit, or lab experiences.
Identify student populations and delivery geography.
Support partnership documentation for joint education and workforce proposals when agreed.
Advise on learning outcomes and measurement appropriate to education settings.
