The Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is seeking a collaborative partner to represent a training provider, public health agency, cooperative extension, nonprofit, or employer serving well and septic professionals. The role includes co-designing education and defining trainee pathways across rural geographies.
The position supports joint proposals, ensures credentialing and safety standards, and requires remote-first engagement with travel to partner and field sites, contingent on grant awards.
WIL is seeking partners who train or employ professionals serving private wells and onsite or septic systems, expanding the decentralized water workforce that protects public health in communities not on centralized systems. This is a collaboration track. Full-time employment or a project-based contract may be used when a joint award calls for it.
