Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team in Bristol, VA. You will learn skills in maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service while helping communities rebuild after disasters.

As a technician, you will perform water and fire content cleanup, assist Lead Technicians, and communicate job progress to customers. This role requires on-call availability and a commitment to safety and quality on every project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with mobile software and product labels is a plus.
• Ability to work on-call and weekends may be required.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience with mobile software and product labels
• Ability to work on-call and weekends

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Stand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch as needed
