Job summary

Swatch Group in Culver City, CA is seeking a watchmaker to oversee the repair process from servicing movements to preparing and encasing the movement within the case. The role requires skilled handling of mechanical and quartz timepieces and chronographs, with a focus on quality and reliability.

You will join a dynamic onsite workshop reporting to the Supervisor, using approved tools and procedures across Swatch Group brands.

Qualifications

• Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair.
• Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship for full repair.
• Specialist repair requires WOSTEP or equivalent training.
• Team player and able to work under pressure.
• Customer service focus and motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service watch movements from servicing to assembly.
• Assemble cases and encase movements for final testing.
• Work with Swatch Group brands and adhere to guidelines.
• Report to Workshop Supervisor and maintain tools and equipment.
