Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of waste water treatment experience preferred; aerospace/AS9102 exposure a plus.
• Must complete a 12-module hazardous material training program and certify as forklift operator.

Responsabilités

• Operate the waste water treatment system with valves and various pumps; adjust as needed.
• Monitor samples and report batch treatment readings; enter data into the electronic system.
• Transfer chemicals safely from the production area and ensure proper disposal.
• Respond immediately to incidental chemical spills and manage cleanup per environmental rules.
• Complete site audits to ensure PPE and chemical safety compliance.
• Patrol chemical storage areas to verify proper storage and accessibility procedures.
• Participate in training programs for chemical, PPE, and hazardous materials handling.
