Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Waste Water Technician for the East Syracuse, NY site. This role focuses on operating and monitoring wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and RCRA regulations while maintaining PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply chemical processing guidelines, procedures and environmental regulations.
• General computer skills and ability to update electronic records and send emails.
• Able to sit or stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate in English as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate the waste water treatment system with manual flow adjustments and pumps.
• Monitor samples, report batch treatment results, and enter data into the system.
• Transfer and dispose of chemicals following proper procedures.
• Respond immediately to incidental chemical spills and maintain safe areas.
