Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related maintenance/operations experience.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work night shift or rotating day/night shifts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts water sample testing to analyze plant performance and optimize operations.
• Maintains logs and records of all plant activities.
• Calibrates equipment critical to plant operations.
• Diagnoses and repairs pumps, drive units, valves, and related components.
• Communicates malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Applies engineering principles to troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Monitors treatment processes (pH, turbidity, TSS, etc.).
• Adheres to safety procedures and uses PPE.
• Documents data with Microsoft Office tools.
• Performs intermediate preventive maintenance and inventory management.
• Collaborates with team and customers for smooth daily operations.
