Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Wastewater Supervisor to oversee daily treatment operations, processes and equipment. You will supervise operators on shift, ensure safe and compliant operations, and coordinate with environmental and production teams. The role requires 3+ years in wastewater treatment and a Level 1 certification or state license.

You will be part of a team focused on consistent performance, documentation, and adherence to procedures to support Mountaire's production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years' relevant wastewater treatment experience with supervision.
• Must hold a Wastewater Operator Level 1 certification or applicable state license.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and SOPs.
• Strong communication and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
• Monitor systems, maintain records, and communicate with teams and manager.
• Provide shift-level supervision, assign work, and coach operators.
• Promote safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with wastewater and environmental teams and escalate issues when needed.
