Job summary

Mountaire Farms is hiring a Wastewater Level C Operator for our North Carolina facility. The role requires operating the water treatment system under supervision, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with compliance records. A Level I wastewater license is required or in progress, with a valid driver's license and MVR checks.

At least one year of operating experience is expected. The successful candidate will perform process control lab work and routine maintenance on wastewater equipment

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency is required or equivalent
• 1 year of acceptable operating experience is required
• Active WW license Level I; may be scheduled or pending at management discretion
• Must have valid Driver's License and must satisfy Company MVR check requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervised Operation of the Water Treatment system
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Lock out Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters
• Assists with Compliance Recordkeeping
• Perform process control lab work
• Maintenance of wastewater equipment
