Veolia in North America seeks a dedicated operator to run an industrial wastewater pre-treatment facility. You will perform safe operations, conduct routine lab tests, and manage equipment like pumps, valves, and mixers while working a 12-hour rotating schedule including nights and holidays.

The role requires basic math, clear communication, and the ability to learn and operate complex machinery, with licensing support for wastewater treatment preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of work experience.
• Ability to work in diverse, dynamic teams.
• State licensing in water or wastewater treatment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties safely per policies and procedures.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Operate 12-hour rotating shifts, including holidays.
• Conduct lab tests for product quality assurance and control.
• Operate, maintain and repair pumps, valves, gates, mixers, and chemical feed systems.
• Monitor control panels, adjust valves and gates; document observations.
