Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders; physical fitness required.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage of the wastewater facility across scheduled shifts, primarily 12-hour night shifts.
• Operate and control pumps, motors, and valves to regulate water flow; collect and test samples.
• Analyze lab data to identify treatment issues and adjust processes to prevent non-compliance.
• Coordinate with other operators and Veolia management to maintain equipment and determine optimal treatment methods.
• Complete preventative maintenance and assist with minor maintenance tasks (pumps, valves, piping).
• Prepare data for daily/weekly/monthly reports for Veolia and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and facility teams for supplies and third-party maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
