Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with wastewater operations experience.
• Arizona ADEQ Grade 4 Operator License is required for AZ locations.
• 7+ years in wastewater treatment operations with process knowledge.
• Ability to read meters, gauges, drawings and procedures.
• Familiarity with SCADA and basic laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Liberty staff and contractor crews in wastewater treatment operations.
• Operate and monitor treatment processes and equipment; enforce safety rules.
• Collect samples and perform required lab tests; adjust processes per results.
• Maintain logs, records, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and equipment failures; manage shift coverage.
