Job summary

LU Service Corp. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Operator II to perform moderate to advanced wastewater treatment operations. You will monitor processes, collect samples, run labs, document results, and respond to process upsets while ensuring safe and compliant operations.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of wastewater experience, and an AZ ADEQ Grade 2 license. The role requires rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and possible CDL considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ADEQ Grade 2 Wastewater Operator License is required in AZ.
• 3+ years of wastewater treatment operations experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
• Monitor pumps, motors, blowers, valves, clarifiers and related systems.
• Oversee SCADA and process-control systems operations and adjustments.
• Collect samples and perform laboratory tests as required.
• Maintain accurate logs, test results and compliance records.
• Respond to alarms and operational upsets with proper troubleshooting.
