Job summary

Liberty Utilities in Gold Canyon, AZ seeks a Wastewater Operator III to manage complex treatment and conveyance facilities. You will monitor processes, collect samples, operate SCADA, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of wastewater experience, and ADEQ Grade 3 license in AZ; rotating shifts, driving license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and ADEQ Grade 3 license in Wastewater (AZ).
• Minimum 5 years of wastewater treatment operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater processes, pumps, instrumentation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
• Collect samples and perform required laboratory tests.
• Maintain logs and assist with regulatory reporting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to alarms and upsets.
