• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for service work.
• Schedule and plan service calls efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
• Respond to emergency service calls outside normal hours; weekend/on-call shifts as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members; provide recommendations to improve equipment efficiency.
