Job summary

CRB Water is seeking an Environmental Engineering Specialist to assist clients with anaerobic digestion and biological wastewater treatment, support product programs, collect samples, and write reports. The role aims to troubleshoot and optimize treatment systems with the Biotechnical Regional Manager.

The position centers in the Midwest, requires travel (~9 days/month) and remote work, with flexible scheduling for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2-10+ years in field operations or design with biological waste or wastewater treatment.
• Experience with anaerobic waste/wastewater treatment preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams required.
• Willing to travel to Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and write reports for wastewater treatment optimization.
• Lead client communications and manage field projects.
• Set up laboratory tests and interpret results with the CRB Water lab.
• Provide innovative biological waste treatment solutions and troubleshooting.
