Job summary

360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a premier wastewater solutions company to hire a Field Service Technician - Wastewater. This remote role includes travel to jobsites across the continental US and reports to the Executive VP.

You will support system installations, startups, repairs, and maintenance of wastewater treatment chemistry and equipment, troubleshooting complex problems and communicating with technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical service in industrial wastewater treatment with specialty chemicals.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience with wastewater treatment equipment: DAF, belt press, centrifuge, clarifiers, aerobic/anaerobic biology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex information.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying plant/weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support chemical treatment programs and equipment at industrial wastewater plants.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate to technical audiences.
• Assist with site readiness, startups, and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with team and clients to drive improvements.
• Travel to customer facilities as needed.
• Ensure safety and PPE-compliance on site.
