CDM Smith is seeking a technical leader to oversee wastewater treatment and collection-system projects. You will guide objective-driven design reviews, coordinate schedules, and lead multidisciplinary teams, while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring client alignment.

Ideal candidates will bring strong wastewater expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Travel up to 40% may be required; PE licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• PE license required or equivalent experience considered.
• 12 years of related experience and travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead reviews of engineering designs and technical reports for wastewater projects.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate work with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain clear, proactive client communication throughout project execution.
